People without boundaries are easy to take for granted. When they tolerate everything, its what they will get. The ego loves to step all over people, so if you let them, they will stand in line to use you as a way of lifting themselves up.
Unfortunatley, we often prefer getting stepped on, being abused and taken for granted over the discomfort of expressing our boundaries because of the fear of conflict and the risk of getting rejected. Instead of setting boundaries, we will let all of this happen and then blame them for being mean and complain and gossip about them, playing the role of the victim..
This needs to stop. We have to empower ourselves with taking responsibility of our lives. One way of doing that is getting to know your own boundaries and build the courage to express them.

Its been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember, to design build my own house on the countryside.
As many of you may already know, I bought an old farm just over a year ago. It's located on a beautiful small island outside my home town, Stavanger. It was in pretty bad shape when I bought it, and most of it had to be torn down, but I wanted to preserve some of the history, so I kept whatever I could.
The property is so rich of potential and opportunities I wish to see every one of you here some day🙏🏻😊✨

India and Nepal was magical ✨ The powerful energies in the temples, and the profound rituals with spiritual masters and gurus have had a deep impact on me.
Like last time, I come home sensing big changes in my energies without being able to properly put words to what is it, but I attract different things, I find myself responding better in certain situations, I live more consciously, I see things more clearly and Im generally more in touch with my intuition. 🙏🏻✨
