Essentially nothing at all. There was a notice that came out that affected Diplomats, Nepali Passport holders coming back to Nepal etc.

- Fully vaccinated travellers can get Visa on Arrival and do not have to quarantine.

- Unvaccinated travellers have to quarantine 10 days then undergo a PCR and then can move around.

- Unvaccinated travellers and children might be subject to antigen tests at the airport.

The documentary is about climbing the world’s 14 highest peaks with altitude greater than 8000 m in seven months under the Project Possible. The actual climbing took six months and six days between April 2019 to October 2019.

Nepal has taken another step toward establishing itself as a sustainable fashion hub by hosting the second session of Mt Everest Fashion Runway the world's highest fashion show, on Sept. 23, 2021. The show was organized by K-Films in collaboration with Kasa Wears, and promoted by Nepal Tourism Board. The show was held at Gokyo an elevation of 5,500 meters. The show, which featured numerous international supermodels walking the runway, was attended by invited guests, including members of Italy's royal family.

Gone on this day, 1986.05.09; Tenzing Norgay Sherpa, Nepali pioneer, who was one of the first two individuals (along with Edmund Hillary) to have reached the summit of Mt Everest (8848 m) on 29 May, 1953, died, aged 71.
Sherpa Tenzing Norgay, (late May 1914 – 9 May 1986) born Namgyal Wangdi was among the most famous mountain climbers in history, being one of the first two individuals (along with Edmund Hillary) to have reached the summit of Mount Everest on 29 May, 1953. He was named by Time Magazine as one of the 100 most influential people of the 20th century.

Bahrain's Prince Mohammed Hamad Mohammed Al Khalifa along with team of 16 climbers & 30 Sherpa guides are heading towards the summit of Mt Everest.

NEPAL ENTRY PROCEDURE UPDATE | 27 Apr 2021

Nepal moves into Caseload Based Localised Lockdowns starting 29th Apr. Kathmandu Valley will be under restrictions for at least 15 days initially.

Nepal is, however, still open to travel.

Some notables:
Except for Indians and Chinese (shared borders), one cannot come via land borders.

A mandatory 72 hour PCR negative pre-boarding and a 10-day quarantine at a hotel upon arrival - for all nationalities. Proof of reservation and stay required. Not sure who and where it is checked!
