It's been 7 months now since we have been in the shop and have well settled in the the area. We just want to do an appreciation post of how far we have come from the food truck days to where we are now, sometimes I even have to pinch myself to see that this journey was real!

We had goals we set out to achieve & wow we really did achieve them faster than we expected. We really couldn't do this without your support towards our little family business that we have built from ground up.

We want to thank all the locals, the day ones that are still with us and also to all the newbies that's jumped on board & are now part of our bmb family. Your kindness, support & patience does not go unnoticed. We will continue to serve our amazing authentic & traditional banh mi so you guys can get the best of what my background & culture has to offer to the Auckland food scene.

I want to thank my small team, our kids & especially my wife for her endless support.

We have some big goals set out for 2025. Some exciting things to look forward to for BMB. This also includes working on our next hot spot so keep an eye out.

Our goals for the coming year is to expand and we are working on it as we have been asked by the people in all parts of Auckland which is such a great feeling

We are open to franchising also, so if you have experience in the hospitality industry and would like to grow and create history with us then flick me an email and we can talk business 😀

Here's some info for the pork belly launch next week, we are super excited to serve up some mouth watering pork belly banh mi's and make a mark in Auckland for our pork belly rolls.

All this taste testing and trialing has paid off and we can't wait to get it out there.

***NOTE***
For this item it's first in first serve basis, reason being is we want the majority of people to try our banh mi's and not miss out to pre orders. That being said there will be no pre orders for the pork belly.

So get in early to avoid missing out 🙌🤙

Just updating our chilli chart 🌶 🌶 🌶 🌶
So lately we have been getting feedback about our chillis and we don't take our chillis with a grain of salt.

So ideally my suggestion is if it's your first time trying our banh mi I recommend that you start with LIGHT then work your way up when you get familiar with the heat levels. There's been cases of people going (straight to hospital) which will be hard to enjoy when your face is on fire 🔥 🥵🥵🥵🤣

BUT!! I do have people that ask for more than stay in hospital hence why I'm updating my chart.

But please choose carefully and enjoy 😉 🙌

A lot of people have been asking about the crispy pork belly promotion and if it's going to make an appearance anytime soon.

And the answer is YES it's coming back!!

We were just getting ourselves settled and comfortable in our new spot before we can start planning and adding it into our menu.

So yes the crispy pork belly will be on the menu Tuesday - Wednesday & Saturday only but this won't start till Tuesday 2nd July 2024.

We are very excited to kick this off and this has been one of our biggest hit banh mi's so hopefully this might be the next iconic winner 😆🤙🔥
