We are in search of a skilled kitchen hand . We need someone who could

* wash dishes and remove rubbish
* unload and put away food and other supplies.
* clean all kitchen surfaces, including the floors and equipment.
* wash, peel and chop vegetables
* prepare other food if needed.

They should have knowledge of

* cleaning methods and chemicals.
* kitchen safety and food hygiene.
* preparing food and using kitchen equipment.

Must be flexible and be able to work weekends.

We are looking for a passionate and well experienced chef with minimum experience of 2-3 years.

Must have experience in fiji indian ,fiji chinese and fijian dishes.
They must have experience in maintaining quality and cost control as well as cleaning and maintaining the kitchen premises.
Menu planning, stock ordering and stocktaking skills are also required.
Must be flexible and be able to work weekends and overtime.

We are in particular looking for a forward thinking, innovative person who is able to transform their ideas into quality dishes.
