She has eight years’ Legal Executive experience in many different areas of law, specialising in property, estate planning and estate administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Commercial Law which she completed at the University of Auckland in 2014.

Stephanie joined Wynyard Wood in August 2024 as part of their conveyancing and estate administration teams.
Stephanie has worked in the legal industry for many years and qualified as a Registered Legal Executive over four years ago. Stephanie looks forward to assisting clients with the legal requirements associated with buying and selling property and estate administration.

Kent joined Wynyard Wood in July 2024 as a legal assistant.
Born and raised in East Auckland, Kent is currently a third-year Commerce and Law student at the University of Auckland and will be involved with research, drafting, and transactional matters. He is eager to apply his enthusiasm for learning and inquisitive nature to real-world legal challenges and looks forward to gaining valuable hands-on experience with the firm.
In his free time, Kent enjoys going to the gym, walking his dog, and playing Mario Kart with friends.

Staff and Directors kindly donated many pairs of jammies to help support the Middlemore Foundation, and to help the many children that are admitted to hospital with respiratory illnesses at this time of the year.
Tauranga City Council v Harrison Grierson appears to be the first High Court case that examines whether liability under the Building Act can be limited. The decision affirms that this is possible, and presumably this would also apply to an exclusion of liability, e.g. for any loss of profits but not to exclusions of duties under the Act itself.
