About Fashion for Charity:
Fashion for Charity was established 2020, with a team of volunteers on the goal to raise awareness for Community Groups / Charity's around New Zealand on the great work they do and to help fund raise, and to showcase our talented local designers that all have small businesses within our community.

Fashion for Charity was born with bringing them together in the middle of Covid 19 which was a hard time for us all. Each year the team is made up with everyone giving their time 100% free, from Models, Stage Support, Lighting, Sound Media, MC, Photography, Designers, and a Charity chosen by the founder Talosia Haulangi. In 2021 the first event was to support the Mental Health Foundation New Zealand.

Interoducing our last designer. My name is Rosemary Carter, born in Zimbabwe, I migrated to New Zealand in February 2002. As a business owner of Masafinyas Corner, Masafinys African designs, Mrs Exquisite pageant New Zealand and also working with in the community, I am also passionate about Fashion and Designing.

2019 I was asked to design and model my own hats and Accessories for an African Fashion Show at The New Zealand Fashion Week showcasing our African Culture of which I thoroughly enjoyed.

2021 at the age of 55 years old I joined the
Mrs Universe New Zealand pageant of which I received a few titles.

October 2022, I was inspired to Register our own pageant Mrs Exquisite NZ. We are very excited to see where this Journey will take us. Please join us.
