Position: Experienced Part-Time Barista/FOH

We’re looking for a skilled barista / foh to join our high-volume café! If you’re passionate about coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using a La Marzocco machine

• Create beautiful latte art

• Assist with front-of-house tasks and maintain a welcoming atmosphere

• Collaborate effectively with our team

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a barista in a high-volume setting

• Passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service

• Ability to work well in a team

• Availability to work at least one weekend day

Love Long Bay ? Take your trash away !

Our beautiful Long Bay Beach has no rubbish bins because it’s a regional Park and rubbish free. So people are expected to take their trash with them but this is not happening lately. The beach has been littered with empty beer cans, soiled nappies, fishing lines, and all other sorts of dangerous rubbish. This campaign is all about raising awareness around the issue of trash. NZ Dotterel is an endangered species , they nest on the ground and trash can seriously mess with their breeding. In fact their number has dwindled to just 2500 birds which once were abundant! Shocking right ?

So - If we can all do our bit about reminding each other and the visitors to our beach to take their trash away it could help restore the beach! Help us spread the word - ‘DON’T LITTER’ !
