The stickiest, most delicious crispy sweet'n'sour pork slices 🤩 These have been a customer fav since the beginning!

For over 2,000 years, traditional Chinese medical theory has recommended consuming green tea to prevent disease. One of its many benefits is that it helps clear toxins from the body, which in turn reduces the risk of illness. 🫖🍵💚

The Lazy Susan ..... one theory on how this got its name is that it's derived from servants in the 1700's who were referred to as “Susans.” 💁🏻‍♀️

Another popular theory is that Thomas Jefferson invented them for his daughter, Susan, who often complained that she was always the last to be served at the dinner table.🤷‍♀️

As many Chinese meals are served at round tables, and these tables can sometimes be quite large, instead of simply placing the dishes on the table to pass around, a Lazy Susan is used to ease the process of serving oneself. 😀
