Talk about being in the right place at the right time. Walked through the kitchen just as Chef had finished our Hops & Claret Tapas of the week creation and managed to sway him into letting me be the taste tester. WOW!!!
Smoked salmon mousse with black caviar and sourdough this week. Wine matched with Nobody's Child Sauvignon Blanc.

Hops & Claret is a must visit this week, the tapas special makes the mouth water just thinking about them.
Venison sphere, red wine glaze and kumara chips. Delish.

Just when you thought your taste buds had tasted every delicious dish - along comes Crispy Pork Belly on a spicy romesco sauce.

Chef Joseph's Beef Bruschetta with balsamic and feta is one of those dishes that should not be missed. Too tasty for words.
It's our tapas of the week, Thurs - Saturday from 4pm this week.
