The restaurant will be be closed for Lunch through the long weekend. Open for the purpose of dinner on Easter Friday and Sunday evenings, and open as normal on Saturday and Monday evenings from 6pm.

Pre-dinner, after dinner or a few rounds with some friends, our Elit Martini will go down a treat. Made with Elit Vodka from , this classic cocktail will get your weekend plans started the right way.
Our dedicated gardeners, with some guidance and help from our chefs, ensures we plant and harvest the freshest produce ready to be served here at the restaurant.
Seasonality is key. We work together to plan which produce will grow best through the current season as well as what we can use for our guests to appreciate and enjoy when they come in to experience Ahi.
We are back serving Lunch 7 days a week from 12pm!
Next time you come through, why not ask one of our friendly staff about our cheese and digestif trolley? Great for your mid-week catch up over lunch, or on its own with a glass of wine.

Here at Ahi, we have taken steps towards closing the loop with our food supply and production.
Organic and biodegradeable waste from food production goes back to the to be turned in to compost that will enrich the soil where we grow our organic produce.

Ben has always dreamed of having his own kitchen garden to supply Ahi’s guests with the best organic produce available. In the middle of Auckland’s lockdown, the Ahi Kitchen Garden became a reality!
Since our opening in August 2020, Tamsin’s Secret Garden has supplied Ahi with fresh organic produce. In October 2021, Tamsin set her sights on another very important project which you can follow , and Ahi officially became the permanent caretakers of the land.

With his knowledge of produce seasonality and his years of experience in the kitchen, Andrea is the perfect person to take responsibility for The Ahi Garden and lead the planning and harvesting each season.
