Hi Im Ally. The owner and operator of Uptown Pilates and Yoga. I’ve been leading Pilates and yoga classes since 2016. I aim to bring Pilates and yoga to every-body. So let’s get started! Philip has been attending Pilates classes 4 times a week for a few years now. When he began his journey about 4 years ago he was tight from tip to tail. Particularly in his hips and shoulders. A lifetime of heavy gym lifting will do that to a body. But now here he is 78 years young sitting beautifully in a merman 🧜‍♂️🧜‍♂️ on the reformer. This position demands hip and shoulder mobility. And Phil is demonstrating what Pilates can do. At any age you can change your body! Get started now!

We’ve moved! Now located in Studio 4 , 62 Randolph Street Eden Terrace.
We are boutique and bespoke. With one on one training, duet personal training as well as small group Pilates reformer classes.
Our Pilates instructors are BASI Pilates trained and look forward to sharing their method with you.
