The Auckland Adrenalin Forest would like to inform you and your members of our up coming closures.

We will be closed from 22nd July 2024 until 12th August 2024. However, we will be operating every Saturday during this time. I have listed the dates we are open below.

Wednesday 24th July 2024 - Potential for this to change dates.
Saturday - 27th July 2024
Saturday - 3rd August 2024
Saturday - 10th August 2024

Please keep in mind this is still during our general days of operation and may have a couple of days reopen due to booking. We will keep you updated on any dates of reopening.

The park will be operating as normal again from Tuesday 13th August 2024.

Please keep in mind, the bottom course is under construction for the upcoming Interclub...Therefore closed until after the 28th (if you haven't booked your spot, get on with it! ). The top course has both animal and hunter targets up, all the the lane distances have been removed for Interclub as well. This course is open, along with the Practice Range during the times specified by Adrenalin Forest. If AF are on site, we do not use the Practice Range, but can go onto the marked course from target 6 onwards (the one after the 80yard shot that runs up the back of the Practice Range. The course is well blazed.

Round 1 of the NZFAA Bowhunter League series is to be hosted by the Kapiti Coast Archery Club on the 21 July 2024 as per the flyer image below.
The league events will be great practice leading into the APRBHC later this year.

The event website has now been updated with the weekends results for the NZFAA Indoor regional championship and Indoor Nationals 2024.
Apologies for lateness of results due to covid in my household.
Its looks like from all the local posts that the event went well and everyone enjoyed themselves producing some awesome scores.
Congratulations of those that had success and especially those archers the first timers having a go at a major event.

It is with pleasure that the Board and Selectors of Archery NZ announce that the following athletes have been selected to compete in the World Archery 3D Championships to be held in Mokrice, Slovenia from the 30th of September to the 6th of October 2024.

The athletes are:

Regan Walters from River Glade Archers (Open Mens Barebow)

Mike Savage also from River Glade Archers (Open Mens Barebow)

Regan is looking forward to his first World Archery Championship. Mike was hoping to compete at his third World Championship event, but has had to reluctantly withdraw from attending. Officials will be announced shortly.

Indoor Archery will be closed on Thursday 13th June due to the NZFAA Indoor Nationals. We are open again on Thursday 20th June.

Round One of the InterClub Series held at Pine Ridge today. An awesome turn out by our Franklin archers and some great results! Thanks for a fantastic, albeit a touch windy, day Pine Ridge!

Hi all, I have 3 spaces left for the Indoor Postal Round 2 NZFAA Mini Flint Tuesday the 27th if anyone is interested, and 6 spaces left for the same on Wednesday the 28th. Please contact [email protected] for registration.

The other Saturday job we did was running the FCA stall at the Franklin A and P Show. We introduced archery to nearly 300 new people on Saturday. Big shout out to Kathy, Rebekah, Alex, Jayne, Debbie, Helen, Mike, Lorna, Ikue, Yvonne and Hendrik and Jill. A few pics of us hard at work! It was a great set up!
