After 5 years of hard work, from the design phase to navigating Covid-19, Auckland lockdowns, and floods, the vision has finally become reality! Last week, the Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland, complete with a stunning hotel kitchen, restaurant, bar, and café, officially opened its doors! We couldn't be prouder of this incredible project and wish them every success as they embark on this exciting journey.

A big shoutout to the amazing products from Moffat New Zealand, Stoddart New Zealand, , CookTek , CyberChill Refrigeration, MKN Chefs' Choice, Waldorf, and Halton Group for helping make this project a true success.

We had a big delivery of some big hoods for a big job the other day. It was a team effort getting these behemoths lined up in the warehouse and there may have been a finger sacrificed in the process 😬

We did a massive “Chook Cook” yesterday to demonstrate the capacity of the Combi Oven for a client and boy did it smell good! 18 perfectly cooked chooks coming right up!

Another balmy evening for with support from Rupert the doggo, fantastic fries from the kitchen and some great sounds across the greens! Not a great result for Team Measure It but it’s the taking part that counts!

Our little buddy was supporting Team Measure It again last night but unfortunately we didn’t quite have the goods to win! However we did have a lovely social evening and picked up the Corner to Corner prize from last week, thanks to Vu😀

Santa has arrived ahead of schedule for Adrian and the team at New York Grill in Newmarket this morning, delivering their gleaming new Mibrasa HMB SB 110 Oven. The chef will undoubtedly be over the moon when he gets to work today! 🎅🍴

Our team will be taking a well-deserved break starting at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, 20th December, and we will be back in action on Monday, 8th January 2024. 🌟 During this time, our office will be closed as we recharge for an exciting and prosperous new year ahead.

We want to wish you all a happy and safe Christmas and New Year, and we look forward to working with you in 2024!

As we walked into a recently completed site, we stumbled upon this gem! 🏗️👀 Not exactly what we had in mind for our overshelves, but hey, it turned out to be a stellar test for our fixings! 😂🔩 And major props for rocking the shoe protection game! 👟 Safety first, even in unexpected situations! 😅

We’re getting down to the pointy end of the season and the competition is getting stiffer! Unfortunately we didn’t do so well last week which might be something to do with the absence of our chief tactician 😬 But we welcome our new member Joey to the team! Let’s see if we can have a triumphant final night 🙏🏾

Mixed feelings this week for team ‘Measure It’ 😬 Joyous after starting the evening in second place on the leaderboard and a super corner-to-corner bowl from Peter that won us a round of 😀 The roses were a beautiful sight which is more than we can say for our result 🙄 Nevertheless another lovely evening thank you

Well, team ‘Measure It’ knocked it out of the park last night (figuratively speaking) for our best result so far for It might have been something to do with the round of beer we won for our social media game (thank you Peter😉) or possibly the team talk and tactical strategy (thanks to Peter again). Not that we’re getting ahead of ourselves but there have been whispers of world domination 😀 I guess we’ll have to see how the season pans out.
