Do you know what's perfect for every meal? Tabasco Siracha is sweet, savoury, smooth and garlicky. What could be better?

Its Soup Season and what better way to heat things up with a delicious Cajun Seafood Gumbo with the added warmth of Tabasco Red Sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. TABASCO Original Red Sauce
1 Onion chopped
1 Green capsicum deseeded and diced
1 Chorizo or spicy sausage sliced
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 bay leaf
420g can of Condensed Tomato Soup
400g Can of Diced Tomatoes
500ml Chicken or vegetable stock
250g firm white fish cut into pieces
250g prawns peeled and deveined
1/4 Cup chopped fresh parsley

METHOD:
1. In a large fry pan heat a dash of oil and add the onion, celery and green capsicum stirring frequently until cooked but not brown.
2. Add chorizo, thyme, bay leaf and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes
3. Add the can of Tomato soup and canned tomatoes and stock. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
4. Add the prepared seafood and the Tabasco Sauce simmering gently until the seafood is just cooked. Stir through the chopped parsley and serve on rice with extra Tabasco Red Sauce.
