8 Years of BMK - A Heartfelt Journey

Today marks 8 years since the humble beginnings of our Family Business, BMK - Bun Mee Kiwi. It's been an incredible roller coaster ride of ups and downs, and as I reflect on this journey, my heart overflows with gratitude.

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest appreciation to my rock, my love, Bosslady Saphron Moore. Your unwavering dedication and hard work, especially during my absence, have been the backbone of our success. It hasn't always been easy, but your patience, love, and tolerance mean everything to me. I couldn't have done this without you by my side. I love you endlessly.

To our incredible staff, both past and present, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your commitment and contribution have shaped BMK into what it is today.

My darling daughter, Nova Moore, you've been with us through through thick and thin, working tirelessly in the shop and putting up with all the challenges that come our way. Your strength and presence mean the world to me. I love you more than words can express.

To my son, Omni, your support for your mom while I was away meant everything to me. Your love and understanding in those moments were a pillar of strength.

To our family and friends, thank you for your unwavering support and love. Your presence in our lives and in the shop has made all the difference.

A special thank you to our business investors for believing in us, even when times were tough. Your support has been invaluable. And to our amazing Graphic Designer, Krisp Design Paul Jeffcoat, your dedication to our brand for these 8 years is deeply appreciated.

And to our customers, old and new, thank you for your continued patronage. Your support, whether it's through visiting our shop, ordering online, or simply sharing our story, has been the lifeblood of BMK. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you.

I remember the doubters, the naysayers who said we wouldn't last a year with "overpriced sandwiches." But what they didn't know is that we have faith on our side. Through the grace of God and the support of our loved ones, we're still standing strong.

As we look towards the future, uncertain of what it may hold, we remain focused on our goals. Our franchise model is at the market, and while we can't predict the challenges ahead—financial climates, pandemics, or changes in government—we vow to keep pushing forward for our Anau (family).

So, as I close this heartfelt message, I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has been a part of this incredible 8-year journey. Your support, your love, and your belief in us have kept our doors open. We are truly, deeply thankful.
