Last week we ran a three-day bespoke training for the team at Schindler Lifts NZ Ltd to help upskill their technical support team in IT.

Automation is becoming a big part of the elevator industry and Schindler is paving the way with their recent release of Destination Control - the first automated destination-dispatch control of its kind. With the introduction of this new technology, Schindler recognised the need to develop a more collaborative approach between the technical support and IT teams and determine any existing skills gaps. The CompTIA A+ IT training with Senior Trainer Feroze Ashraff, was identified as the best option for Schindler’s technical support team to fill these skills gaps and achieve better overall efficiency.
