You will complete before and after testing and used as a baseline for each individual.
The test is simple and effective in creating a base for your aerobic capacity, allowing you and your allocated coach to monitor improvements over the 8 week duration.

A lot of people tend to avoid diving in and putting themselves in an uncomfortable state of fitness the fact is it’s not just about burning calories and looking good, life is a roller coaster, you're going to have ups and downs and uncomfortable situations are going to happen weather your ready for them or not…so why not allow yourself to embrace it, get uncomfortable. So when those situations do show up, you don’t feel so uncomfortable. 👊

The stigma on Crossfit to some people is that its is bad for you and it is highly likely to get you injured but in reality is anyone that doesn’t move correctly and tries lifting weights past there capability is putting themselves at risk of getting injured no matter what type of training you are doing...
At CrossFit Lux you have a wide variety of different levels during any one class from beginner to elite athletes and everyone progresses differently, don’t allow yourself to get overwhelmed by the fact people are doing advanced movements and/or are lifting more than you...Remember to run your own race, be proud of your own progress big or small and allow the people around you to give you motivation to continue to be better.
Better everyday is the goal and nothing good comes easy...enjoy the process. ✌️
