These Wāhine Toa pulled out an insane effort to take out our top division for the KnoxFit Games V 🙌

Fair to say this team trained together more than any in the whole comp - they even had printed out WOD plans 🤣 - for which they certainly reaped the rewards!

They scored themselves $300 cash thanks to our friends .nz who we hire all our cardio machines from, nutrition consults from our in-house Natropath and a collagen creamer from for a prize totalling over $700 🔥

Congrats wāhine very well deserved 🙌

These champions pulled out a mammoth effort to take out our top division for the KnoxFit Games V 🙌

These boys came in with the mindset of just having a fun time, put in a massive effort and pulled up second place 🔥

These lucky buggers scored themselves a beautiful plant from our good friends , body scans from and a KnoxFit drawstring bag packed with a lacrosse ball for mobility 🙌

are long term friends of ours who have recently put one of their amazing body scan machines in our gym! These scanners provide comprehensive information to let your know how you’re progressing on your journey, as modelled by our very own Karl 😍
