I’ve met you for a few days in Naples, but we had a very intense conversation about the craft of pizza making and the future of that craft in New Zealand. You’ve shown me very eloquently your vision and in those few days have transmitted to me some of the most intense feelings for the craft and its future.
It was a great honor when you accepted me in the big family of . An acceptance that brings with it a responsibility that I’ve promised to always have.

Dear Pizza Lovers,

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who supported me during the Pizza World Championship. Although the results did not turn out in my favor, I am proud of the effort I put forth, and I have learned a great deal from this experience.

While it is never easy to accept defeat, I believe that true courage lies in acknowledging it and using it as an opportunity for growth. In the pizza world championship, I was competing against some of the best pizza makers from around the world, and I am honored to have been among them.

I gained invaluable experience from this competition that I will carry with me throughout my career. I learned new techniques, discovered new flavors, and met amazing people who share my passion for pizza. I will take these lessons and apply them to my future endeavors, always striving to improve and perfect my craft.

I want to thank everyone who believed in me and supported me throughout this journey. Your encouragement and support have meant the world to me. I promise to continue working hard and pushing myself to be the best pizza maker I can be.
