Hello everyone!
Our festival organiser, Master Sunyong, has just returned to New Zealand after a two-week business trip to Korea. While in Korea, he had the honour of competing in the International Qigong Competition as part of Team New Zealand, and he is thrilled to share that they won the bronze medal!✨ They made an amazing team.

The New Zealand team is already planning to compete in next year’s International Qigong Competition, and they’re aiming even higher! Next year, they hope to build an even bigger team and go for gold.

Our classes combine elements from a variety of Eastern practices to enhance your physical, mental and energetic health.

HEALING CHAKRA💫 Seventh Chakra - Light of Completion The seventh chakra symbolizes perfect harmony and complete integration of body, emotion, mind, and spirit.

If you have an active seventh chakra will have a sense of the nothingness of self.

One's awareness, then, comes from a place of truth, and everything is holistic unity, without the illusion of separation. This allows one to fully experience the harmonious order of the cosmos.

A weak seventh chakra causes an inability to acknowledge the spiritual aspect of life.

HEALING CHAKRA💫 Sixth Chakra - Light of Wisdom Insight and intuition are not a product of intellect.

Rather, they are gained from an understanding of the fundamental truths of life.

By silencing your thoughts and preparing your mind, you will be able to meet with the light of the sixth chakra, which connects to the wisdom within.

Activation of the sixth chakra helps expand awareness and remove the yolk of fear and repressed emotions. The sixth chakra will help you develop intuition and insight, and offers the gift of inspiration.

A weak sixth chakra makes it difficult to have fresh, creative ideas, or to easily translate an idea into reality.

HEALING CHAKRA💫✨️ Fifth Chakra - Light of Peace The fifth chakra is the center of purification.

Called the Soul's Gate , it acts as a filter that purifies all energy passing through it, including emotions.

This chakra is the bridge between aspects of the physical and the spiritual. An open fifth chakra connects heart and mind leads to a greater understanding of life.

A weak fifth chakra leads to lack of emotional control and to rapid fatigue arising out of hypersen sitivity to change.

💫HEALING CHAKRA Fourth Chakra - Light of Love The fourth chakra promotes understanding, love, and compassion.

This energy center has the power to restore and balance the body, heart, and mind. Strength and peace can be recovered very quickly by working with this chakra.

When the fourth chakra is balanced, it becomes easier to influence others, since it imparts the power to move other people's minds.

The fourth chakra creates a sense of "we," rather than " , " when dealing with others.

A weak fourth chakra produces imbalance and disharmony, which can lead to a lack of bonding or emotional stability.
