Another unrelated Techno post but at the same time... it is. Due the fact that all our events have been put on this fu**ed up permanent hold... we are loosing money, motivation and the gears are beginning to rust.

Hailing from the land of the long white wave, Raglan, this fresh face has proven himself as a very worthy addition to Geared. Playing his own unique blend of PsyTech and Minimal I am expecting a very special set from this new hero to the Techno scene.

After spending 2 years away traveling across several continents and countries, he found himself lost in the underground Techno scenes of such places as Melbourne, Berlin and even deep in the mountains of Portugal in search of inspiration, Resonance has returned home to leave his imprint on the NZ Techno scene. Through Recent collaborations with collectives such as Geared, DMTH, and Drunk on sound. Resonance is beginning to establish a name for himself as a consistent, dedicated artist and event organizer.

Resonance Runs his own Regular event in Raglan named DARK FACES. The purpose of this event was to fill a void in the Scene where darker frequencies can have a chance to shine. After two successful editions of DARK FACES he is branching out to other regions and clubs to spread the Dark minimal sound in New Zealand.

Expect to hear a dark, peculiar, and psychedelic sound from a Resonance set. He is sure to offer something fresh. An addicting, 4 to the floor beat with psychedelic undertones and hypnotic rhythms.
