Hokitika is a town in the West Coast region of New Zealand's South Island, 40 kilometres south of Greymouth and close to the mouth of the Hokitika River. It is the seat and largest town in the Westland District.

Morning Mist

Lake Pukaki is the largest of three roughly parallel alpine lakes running north–south along the northern edge of the Mackenzie Basin on New Zealand's South Island. The others are Lakes Tekapo and Ōhau.

Te Hoiere / Pelorus River is a river at the northern end of the South Island of New Zealand in the region of Marlborough. It flows from the Richmond Range into Pelorus Sound / Te Hoiere.

Lake Alexandrina is a lake located in the Mackenzie Basin of New Zealand's South Island. It lies immediately to the west of the much larger Lake Tekapo and further to the east of Lake Pukaki, located to the north of Lake Tekapo township.

The Port Hills and Banks Peninsula, New Zealand.

Mount Sunday is a stunning site with expansive views of the Rangitata River and the surrounding mountains.

The small hill got its name because boundary riders from the high-country stations would meet here on Sundays. More recently, it was the filming site for Edoras in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.
