These ocean inspired creations came to fruition in the spectacular Trade Winds Quilt. Trade Winds is not only a vehicle for creativity and craft but an opportunity to dive deeper. Come and uncover the wonders of the ocean’s flora and fauna and how our ever-changing world is impacting the health of our beloved waters. Sue provides detailed instructions, clear pattern and stitch diagrams, as well as the opportunity to learn new techniques. Master wool appliqué, layering, cotton and velvet appliqué, rick rack application, and textural embroidery.
