Many of you would have seen this CHOW appear last week, and now is your time to try and beat that score 👊 We saw some big improvements from members this morning and can't wait to see more throughout the week.

This morning members gave it their all on this CHOW!! and their bingo sheets show this 🤩 If you haven't been in yet today be sure to get in this evening and comment below how many skips you got in 3 minutes. So far we have had a member reach over 500 skips 😱

We have officially completed 2 weeks of the CHOW Olympics and are in full swing of week 3 😍 Awesome to see so many bingo sheets on the wall getting fuller and fuller.

Thank you to everyone who celebrated Matariki with us today. I can’t think of a better way to start the New Year, then focusing on one’s health and wellbeing. If you think of this in the sense of ‘crops’ and ‘harvesting’, you will be bountiful in this area 🙂
At Matariki it is important to reflect on Whanaungatanga (making and maintaining relationships). I couldn’t think of a better people to spend the day with.

We love to celebrate our members accomplishes. Their journey is what counts and gets the results they came for and more.

Hey Everyone,
Due to staff shortage/ illness, this Saturday will run from 10-12pm. Casandra (aka Gymumma) has kindly agreed to help run the session. There will be no pads and no trainers. It will be more of an 'open-gym' situation.
If you are new to training and unsure of movements, please know that we will be unable to give you the same level of assistance on Saturday.
Casandra is super knowledgeable and has done some 'trainer' training. She is excited to help you have a great workout.
Also, if you are waiting for Larna to get back to you, she will be returning to work on Monday. I appreciate your patience whilst I rest and get better (p.s. covid testing is negative. Seems to be a cold).

Congratulations for your tremendous effort during the 30 Day Challenge 🥊🔥
We were blown away by his goal to reach the 💯 club by the end of October. He completed 53 workouts 🤯 and now has a set of golden 💯 club wraps to prove it.
All 3 fitness tests had strong beginnings, yet that wouldn’t stop Jayden from smashing them. He added and extra 35 push ups to get a nice round score of 100. He did 27 burpee jab crosses 🥵 (that’s 54 burpees in 3mins), and did his 50 thrusters in 1.05s.

We hope you enjoy your new pro-leather gloves. You had really worn out your old gloves by the end of the challenge 😂
We can’t forget to mention his partner . We made sure to include a gift for her as she had supported both Jayden and Alex to reach their goals. It was great to see these guys work as a team and support each other to reach their goals 💜
