This is a bit of a remix and nod to where it all began for us whipped up some venison snags for a pop-up we did before we opened. Roll on five years and he's still winning awards with his meat like this organwurst sausage which won gold at the recent . It's great to finally have a sausage on the menu and a massive congrats to on their first year taking Dunedin by storm
