We are a certified aged care home in Feilding. We provide dementia, hospital and rest home level care We have a variety of musical entertainers who visit weekly.
Our residents enjoy a variety of interests which we encourage. Because we are a smaller rest home we are able to focus more on individual preferences. We have a walking group at least twice a week (weather dependent). Some of our residents enjoy gardening and in conjunction with our Diversional Therapist have created their own vege garden, whilst others enjoy entertainment and outings. Our homes p

Meet our mermaid!
This sparkly creature, Abby Brown, is our new Diversional Therapist, and is excited and inspired to dive into the role!

The Feilding based singer's belly dance skirt has been a hit with residents and she is looking forward to dancing around with her belly dance props when entertainers come in.

Happy New Year to all. We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas holiday and with lots of love from friends and family just like our residents over the last two months.
Here we are at the beginning of a brand-new year, looking ahead with excitement to more challenges and opportunities for us all. We look forward to sharing the journey with all our residents, families, staffs, and friends.

Every Tuesday the amazing Alan comes to play the piano for The Wimbles. I took a quick video as a memory to post. Alan was actually playing this last song for me as sadly this will be my last week here at Wimbledon Villa. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Alan for providing beautiful music not only for the residents but also us staff and visitors. I will miss these moments dearly. I would like to introduce our new Canine - Daisy and her mum Tania. We were also fortunate enough to have one of our resident's family member Shona bring along her family dog Gizzy. Pet therapy is amazing for The Wimbles and we enjoy every visitor that comes to visit us 😁
