mer in the profession, Harsha is also a leading role in copyright management in collective management in Sri Lanka. Harsha is the former Managing Director of the leading Collective Management in Sri Lanka Call Authors Composers and Publishers Organization of Sri Lanka (ACPO). Harsha was born in 1971 to a veteran lyricist, playwright, and librettist Lucian Bulathsinghala and famous actress and a singer/performer late Anula Bulathsinghala. His sister Indrachapa Bulathsinghala was a discovery from Sri Lanka as a fine Coloratura Soprano artist in Brisbane Music conservatorium where she graduated. Harsha comes from a family that brought value to the national field of creative arts. Harsha started his musical career in 1987 since then he has participated in many iconic national productions in Drama & Theatre, Musical Theatre, Operas, Cantatas to his credits. As a composer, he composed music for many songs, teledramas, and musical theatre productions occasionally. He composed many songs for the duo “Harsha & Ranil” in the 90’s which was influenced by many national artists and the listeners in the younger generations. In early 2000 the duo “Harsha & Ranil” signed a contract with Sony Music India through Maharaja Entertainment for their one-of-a-kind Music Album released in the year 2004 which contribute to the national music industry to appear from a different perspective. With that influence and vision, from Audio to Audiovisual work has changed the future of Sri Lankan music industry. After his post-graduation in Audio Engineering Technology from TREBAS Institute Canada, his career was totally migrated to a different industry with ideologies. He identified that was the industry that was lacking on a national scale for many decades. He began pioneering in the fields of copyright management and collective management after completing his advanced degree courses at WIPO Academy and NORCODE. He started to negotiate with the related government offices and authorities, music creators on every scale, and organizations. Harsha was the Co-founder of ACPO which has the first-ever Collective Management Organization in Sri Lanka has the best recognition by the WIPO, CISAC, and later YouTube to conduct future operations in Sri Lanka. Harsha traveled overseas on many occasions to participate in training programs to study Copyright and collective management conducted by the WIPO, NORCODE, CISAC and leading collective societies around the world. He is a very aggressive person in negotiating the best rates from the creator's perspective. He never takes the foot back which steps to the front in any circumstances. By keeping his father as his role model, he fought with many obstacles to safeguard other creator's rights like his father's. That never-ending struggle leads him to where now he stands today. "We Did It Global" Music Publishing is one result of that constant struggle. As an invited member in policymaking in Intellectual property (2017), being as a former resource person to the National Intellectual property advisory committee (2015-2019), and a visiting lecturer for the final year students in the Faculty of Law in Colombo University since 2016 with his experience, he decided to take his liberty to carry out the appropriate functions more favorable to the Authors, Composers, and Publishers to safeguard their works in the Music industry. He founded and introduced "We Did It Global" Music Publishing to overcome these issues and start licensing the catalog to seek more protection and remuneration on behalf of the national creators. Today is special and I was assigned to train two bus operators from Onahunga depot for a route training on routes 871.814.806 and 807. This is my first duty as a route trainer. Out of two operators one is from Sri Lanka and his name is Rukshan. Other guy is a Kiwi (Samoan) name Touga Lofha a 18years of experienced driver. how nice of him, he offered us a coffee at the layup in Devonport. Nice to meet you two and I hope you got a better idea of all the routes during the training. Thanks Jade for assigning this job to me. Thanks Ruki malli for taking this pic. Thanks guys

Summary
This is the Colombo city during the last days of the civil war.
Antique dealer Gamini Kalawarne’s son Saliya is an entertaining, generous and a good young person is. He is in love with Asokamala- a Karaoke singer in a night club. But Asokamala refuses his love. Saliya’s best friend is the son of a Minister. He comes forward to help his friend who has been rejected and thereby insulted by this girl. He wants to win her for his friend even by force.
Ashokamala and Saliya meets. She reveals to Saliya that she is a Tiger soldier in disguise as a sinhala girl. Unable to bear the internal conflicts and cruelty within the Tiger Arny she tried unsuccessfully to runaway to India and is in a very destitute situation at present. Her intention is to migrate to Australia or India and continue her interrupted education. She says. She is doing this job to fulfil it and her mother is working out to give her in marriage to a wealthy elderly person.
She says that she has been brought up with the Sinhalese from her childhood and has been disappointed with the unreasonable treatments from the Sinhalese governments again and again which led her to join the Tiger army. She asks Saliya “Do you think you want to have a love affair with such a girl?”
