This is Sienna. She’s a legend. She’s the kinda person who goes outside of her comfort zone regularly “just to say I did it”. We were so proud of the way she repped us last year at the NZ Latte Art Champs. She makes a mean coffee, and she’s a rock for our team - always leading by example. Cheeky too 😆

The Yuzu Glaze is what makes this week’s feature dish incredibly special.

What’s the best avocado smash flavour combo you’ve ever tasted?

We’ve had a few zingers over the years. A few standouts are:

Avocado sprinkled with pomegranate seeds - a simple garnish but oh so delicious - the way the juicy seeds pop in your mouth. Rated two chefs kisses. 😘👌 😘👌

Avo with whipped feta and dukkah - smooth, salty, citrusy, bitter, earthy AND sweet. Our rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ nice nice nice.

Gravalax with pumpkin seeds, beetroot puree and midnight baker bread. A+++ would trade again - the different textures add so much!

And our current offering is a contender for sure - we love the kick and novel flavours that the turmeric sourdough and humus give it.
