Its Grading Time again.
Most of you should be ready and confident to Grade. However, if you don't know all your
grading material by now, there will always be another grading.

Doors will be open from 5.30pm
So be early, to do your own warm-up's.

Grading Starts at 6.15pm Sharp.

Please be sure to fill out your Grading form on arrival & all your Fees are paid.

We had another fantastic training session last night! We focused on revising all our Kata's, then moved into sparring techniques.
It was great to see some of you getting comfortable with being uncomfortable—that’s the key to growth.

It’s easy to stick with what we’re good at or what we enjoy, but as students of Martial Arts, it’s crucial to push ourselves, especially when it’s hard or not our favorite. This principle doesn’t just apply to martial arts—it’s a life lesson.

Looking forward to seeing you all next Monday. Remember, don’t be late to life—be sharp and be on time to training. ⏲️

Hello Nam Wah Pai Family & Friends.
Our Hamilton Kung Fu Club bids a heartfelt farewell to our one of our Red Belt students, Ahkill.
As he embarks on a new journey to Texas, USA
He's has always been a shining example of politeness, humility, respect and dedication.

Even after moving away from Hamilton due to work, his dedication was unwavering. Driving 1.5 hours, twice a week to continue training with us.

Now that's, what we call true dedication and an inspiration to all, especially when some of us find it tough just to get off the couch on a cold or rough day!
So we thought it would be fitting to awarded him with one of our NWP Club Hoodies.

On behalf of the entire Nam Wah Pai Family, we wish Ahkill and his wife Eldia all the best in their future endeavors. Your spirit and commitment will always be remembered and missed. Keep pushing forward, and may your journey be filled with success and happiness.

Last Wednesday we had our 2nd to last grading for the year. Great to see our group of beginners sitting their first grading.

Now that the Nationals are behind us, our main focus is on our Syllabus and Grading work. To ensure your best chance to grade and pass, attend all classes. Keep pushing the boundaries and excelling!
