Effective June 10, 2024, Immigration New Zealand has made significant updates to their Operational Manual. Key changes include:
Work Eligibility for Partners of Student Visa Holders:
Partners of student visa holders studying Level 7 or 8 qualifications on the Green List are now eligible for a work visa.
This includes qualifications required for occupational registration that have been newly added to the Green List.
Stay informed and ensure you comply with the latest immigration requirements.
Study a Bachelor or Masters degree in NZ and get 8 years of work visa: 3 years post-study visa and 5 years Accredited Employer Work visa in ANY employment! These new rules are perfect for degree graduates to settle into New Zealand.
