Bhavna will take you on a journey with the first weekend exploring growing yourself in the elements of awareness, insight and wisdom.
Continue your journey on the second weekend, learning all about the elements of loving-kindness and compassion.
There will be theory, discussions and you will be introduced to various meditation practices.
As an immersive practice, you will get to really feel into yourself and discover your truth.

When I started mindfulness, I had no idea who I was – what drove me, what I liked or disliked. I spent so much time and energy being what others thought I should be, that I had no idea who I was. I was so busy being busy, because that was what was valued and applauded. Learning to stop was hard, and still is sometimes. But the more that I have learnt to stop and get to know me better, the more supported I felt, the more in touch with myself and others I felt. Over the years, I have learnt that seeking is the remover of joy, peace and happiness, because I always feel that there must be more.
Mindfulness has taught me the benefit of not seeking but being - being able to enjoy this cup of coffee, this interaction, this weather, this moment... and therein lies freedom.

Mind-control is not what the movies makes it out to be.
