My dear friend Noreen Macdonald has invited me to be part of the collective healing space at Natural Living, off the carpark at Founders (upstairs in the two storey mustard building).

The energy there is beautiful and light with lots of plants and eco-friendly products for purchase.

WHO AM I TODAY?

It's interesting how vulnerable I felt having Covid.

My fears became really obvious and I spent some time in a dark place, overwhelmed by my fragility.

I broke down in tears with a dear friend and poured out my emotions and insecurities.
She held me in that space.

From that moment I started to feel lighter. I felt more open, optimistic and in acceptance.
I shifted my focus to an attitude of gratitude and I regained strength to face some of my fears.

It astounds me how I can shift my states and how I forget just how powerful I can be. I coach myself time and time again.

Remember this too shall pass....

And in the depth of the shadow I forget my power, my presence, overwhelmed and clouded by my perceived pain.

I feel it intensely. And it isn't permanent, nothing is.

I change.

I am human. I am finding my way. My self.

Today is a new day. Who am I today?

I am potential and so are you!

I AM SO GRATEFUL

I open my heart and give thanks firstly to the source of energy that flows through me to my clients. For my body that is the vessel for this flow of energy.

I am grateful for my awakened hands and the connection to my inner knowing that intuitively feels what is needed in the moment for my client's wellbeing.

I am grateful for the trust that my clients have in me. For their courage to open to receive healing.
I am grateful for the exchange for my work and for the financial abundance that enables me to invest in expanding my skillset and care for my family.

I am grateful for the depth of the space that I hold so that we may connect to the sacredness of our being.

It's been a while...

Since I have posted. I have felt my resistance to posting on social media to build presence. It felt like getting sucked into a vortex and I guarantee there are alot of people out there who totally get me.

However here I am reaching out to you to say that I'm still here and loving my work offering healing touch to whoever needs it.

I am in the flow of trusting that who ever needs me will find me and that the experiences of my client's is enough to spontaneously spread the word of the work that I do.

A JOURNEY INTO SELF

This morning I visited five different aspects of myself in a meditation.

This journey was inspired by my Medicine Woman Inner Guidance Cards. The 'Nine of Arrows', which happens to be of the mind and 'Overcoming Fear and Doubt'.

The ultimate truth in this reality is harmony, everything else is a false truth we have chosen to believe.

A beautiful and sacred man in my life shared with me the Shamanic practise of honouring the different aspects of self.

What was alive for me today was the 'feeling of guilt and shame and being wrong'.

As I sat in the South in the place of my emotions, my Spirit Child appeared and spoke of how as a young girl she would be shamed and punished for making mistakes.
She was afraid of being 'told off'.

A wise voice spoke and this was her message.
'Spirit Child I see you, I feel you. Know that in life there are only lessons and opportunities for growth.

You are brave and courageous with a fire for new experiences, learning and growth. There are no mistakes!
There is no need to be afraid. Your are full of power, curiosity and adventure. Life is waiting for you to explore.

Nature is your medicine. It's what you grew up with. Your feet were planted in the soil, you swam in the ocean and rivers, you climbed trees.

You are Fire Spirited Child!

I turned to the East to my Spirit Adult.
She felt shy at first but what she revealed was that she was reserved, protected. Her movement was slow and cautious. The world was unsafe, she had been hurt.
A wise woman appeared, then the sensual woman, the creative, the dancer.

The wise voice spoke and her message was, ' look around you, is there any real danger? You are in your bedroom, in your cosy warm bed, there is no real danger. You are safe!
Be present to your real surroundings. Is your fear based in the truth of this moment or are you re-acting from the past?'

Your medicine is grounding and presence.
Let's go now and send those roots down into the Earth!

Dance your life and be in your radiant beauty.

I turn to the West to my Substance Child.
She is wonderful!
She is so full of energy, get up and go!
She is Durabelle!
She wants to move her body, play, dance, sing, and is full of joy and fun.
She loves her friends and wants to connect.
Liberated and free spirited.

All of a sudden I am in the North with my Adult Substance and a very strong and powerful mind.

I could feel the tension in my body and the wise voice said, ' let go! Let go and surrender to the flow. My body softened and I heard the voice say, 'connect with you heart.'

I felt restricted. I asked for the angels to assist me in opening my heart. We worked together until a feeling of peace filled my chest. Thankyou angels!

Then I visit my Soul Self in my center. She is the container of light that holds all of the other aspects of my self.
I sit in wholeness and allow the vibrancy of my whole being to radiate out from this container.

Feeling grateful for this journey to all parts of me. To acknowledge and connect with what is alive for me in this moment.

Thankyou Spirit Child.

Thankyou Child Substance.
Thankyou Adult Substance.
Thankyou Soul Self.
Thankyou Angels.

CONSCIOUS CLEAR COMMUNICATION

Begins with being grounded and present in this moment and getting clear about what you want.

In my mind and body I'm desiring a spicy turmeric almond & coconut milk chai with real spices on the extra hot side so I don't gulp it down and can savour the flavours.

'I love you! I am so grateful you are in my life'

What is love?

Love is not about what I can get or give.
Love is simply being.
It is acceptance, non-judgemental.
It is expansive and has no attachments, no boundaries, no limitations.

Love simply is...

True love is unconditional.

When I truly value myself, I love myself wholly. I truly know and feel the precious gift that I am in this lifetime, exactly as I am.

I love me...

When I truly love me, I can feel love for myself without judgement, only acceptance. There is no limit to this love, it's not dependant on anything outside of me, what I do or how I be.

I am love.

I am the only one of me, no body else is me. My essence is my essence. In this essence, I am connected to the source of love.

Each of us has their own song. We don't need to be like anyone else. We all bring our unique gifts to this world.

When I love and value my presense in this world, I recognise the beauty in others.

How can I love my self?
How sacred can I hold me?
How do I value my self?
What is my truth?
How do I find my truth?

Presense. Get present.

How do I feel in this moment?

Awareness and acceptance of all that I feel in this moment and honouring these feelings as valid and essential for my unfolding. My feelings reveal my truth in each moment.

What energy do I welcome into my life?
With no limitations, how do I choose to feel?

Safe, open, joyous, fun, accepting, unconditional love, peaceful, alive, expansive, ecstatic, whole, connected, abundant, present, wise.

Love is the essence behind the words.

VESSEL OF LIGHT

I am so passionate about Trauma Release Bodywork.

Trauma is anything that the body has not been able to process.

In Hawaii they describe our body as a 'vessel of light' .
When we carry burdens (trauma) they are like stones in our bowl. With Trauma Release Bodywork you empty the stones from your bowl, allowing more light or energy to enter your vessel.
