We are currently pairing our first course of the Matariki Dinner with this rich and opulent Pinot Gris that displays autumn floral and fruit aromas. The palate has a textual mouthfeel with a fresh acidity on the finish, which is a perfect match for our Paua and Rewena course.

If you haven't experienced our Matariki degustation dinner yet we highly recommend to book in soon while we have limited seating available. We are looking forward to seeing you!

Our apple and kawakawa sorbet cleanser has been a main feature on our taste of Matariki menu since it started back in 2021. This year we are pouring award winning Zoa feijoa vodka on-top. The combination is truely magic.

Thank you to everyone who came to our first week of Taste of Matariki 2024. Our Manuka and dark chocolate marshmallows are a special thank you gift to take home, but hard to resist not eating straight away. Made with manuka honey that helps protect our surrounding forest

Quietly celebrated 4 years of business yesterday, and what an amazing 4th year it has been. From an incredible colab with Paris butter to receiving a hat, nominated for regional restaurant of the year, cool photo shoots, filming a tv series, Cuisine Magazine review, launching a brand new ALA carte menu plus all the wicked dishes and menus. Thank you everyone for keeping us going. Thanks to all current and past staff, customers, suppliers family and friends.
