2. **Tacos de Canasta vs Pambazos:**
- Tacos de Canasta: Soft corn tortillas filled with a variety of ingredients like potatoes, beans, chorizo, or tinga, then steamed and served with salsa and toppings.
- Pambazos: Soft bread rolls dipped in a red guajillo pepper sauce, filled with potato and chorizo mixture, then grilled and garnished with lettuce, cream, and cheese.
