Congratulations to our very own Toaiva Faafia for winning the Wellington Airport Miramar Open this week. How incredible to see you succeed Toaiva.

Toaiva is one of our founding members and is doing amazing, trying her best at Golf Tournaments. Keep up the great work!! Mālō 'i mātua le lagolago.

Teisa Vaka, Toaiva Fa’afia and former academy pupils Peta Time and Lonasei Lolo were selected to be a part of U19 Wellington team representing Wellington for the Marton Quads held on Tuesday 16th- Wednesday 17th 2024 🔥🔥

The team were 5 girls including and 5 boys in which these 4 girls were part of and also in which Teisa was selected as Captain for the team for the first time 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

The tournament was a 2 day tournament of 3 rounds to play. Teisa won all her match against her apponents, captains from Taranaki, Hawkes Bay and Manawatu/Wanganui, her team won by team points as well.

Our very own academy ⭐️ Teisa Vaka and Toaiva Fa’afia competed amongst some of Wellington’s best youth level talent in the College Sports Wellington Teams Champs event held on Tuesday at the Royal Wellington Club 🔥

Whilst neither of them walked away with an award both played very well and finished 18 holes with scores most of us chase on a yearly basis 😂😂

In the weekend, young aspiring golfer Teisa Vaka played 18 holes with academy steward Afamasaga Moresi.

Teisa started with the academy as a 6 year old and has been with the academy for 10 years. She currently sits on a scratch handicap🔥

While they exchanged shots Teisa and Afamasaga talked about her aspirations and where she wants to take her golf - she’s set herself some lofty heights to reach 🔥

We wish her all the best and will do our best to support Teisa in reaching her goals ❤️
