One thing we wanted to encourage you ALL with is that you can always start fresh. Doesn’t matter what time of the year, what season in life, whether you think you’re down and out etc. you can always start fresh. Whether it be your fitness journey, relationships, career, goals, mistakes, regrets, whatever it is you can always start again. I love the saying that when you decide to start again you’re not starting from scratch but you’re starting again with experience! It is never too late and sometimes you just need to block out everything that tells you that you can’t, sometimes it’s our own thoughts and expectations.

What’s an area of your life that needs some renovation work done? You are the landlord of your whare take care of it! You might call in a couple of contractors to support with the mahi but ultimately you’re in charge.

Spending $ out of your means just to portray a particular lifestyle / status, yet behind the facade you’re struggling financially is unhealthy.

Was a blessing to rub shoulders with the kings from the hutt the Get-Down-Boyz! A couple of others didn’t like my BBQ’ing skills & shot off early but good sesh overall! Loved the humility and eagerness to contribute during our physical activities, our Talanoa at the end and just breaking bread together. Looking forward to our next session together soon! But until then remember our Talanoa around our habits...... 1. Be aware of them 2. Progress not perfection 3. Consistency 4. Recognize the triggers 5. Just start...
