OMG, just submitted my final case study assessment.
If all goes well, Qualified HB coach here I come

I’m very proud to say that I’m 100% completed on my numerous assessment for HypnoBirthing and next Monday is my 5th session with the most wonderful couple.
I’ve been blessed to have such a loving, calm couple as my case study.

Well the HypnoBirthing training was fantastic. It was eye opening to learn how fear is driving more interventions that could be handled through support, love, breathing and belief in our bodies ability.

I learnt how the mind can’t hold onto 2 contradictory beliefs, as in you can’t be afraid and calm at the same time.

I learnt a magic technique to numb part of your body through hypnosis. It is used in dental treatments instead of injections. For birthing, the technique could be used to focus on uterus ‘discomfort’.

Finally, I’m in love with Aunt F***y so much more, as her reason for being is to support everyone to shine as they as did when they were born - perfect, loved, amazing and essential to the world!
