Immediate Past Division J Director Pauline Cook attended our early July meeting to present the Division International Speech Contest trophy to Siobhan Fitzgerald. Siobhan also triumphed at District, and went on to the Region semi-finals.
Kudos to our other champion, Sheila Hailstone, who triumphed in the District Humourous Speech Contest.

Great meeting this morning with Mary as Toastmaster, speeches from Sian and Ailsa evaluated by Sheila and Kathryn. A tongue-in-cheek 😉 Education in Humour session led by Pauline. A hugely entertaining Table Topics session led by Nikita with the inventive theme of “narcissists”. General Evaluator Anita gave us a comprehensive review of the meeting in a very entertaining fashion.
