hidden inside healing is awakening. trauma is laced with wisdom.

once what is seeking to return to love is energetically digested and integrated, an internal process we can not separate from. we wash clean the mirror of perception and awaken to the love that we inherently are.

to awaken is not the goal but the by-product of our willingness to love what is.

Art of Attunement (ONLINE) May - November, 2024

Attunement means to be in-tune ; in harmony. To make more aware or responsive.

At the heart of it, this container will offer fine tuning of your subtle body and, therefore, relationship to self (God).

Across seven months we will be in an experiential inquiry exploring the Art of Embodiment : Art of Energy : Art of Feeling : Art of Love : Art of Listening : Art of Intuition : Art of Being (Integration), the necessary awakening and mastery of your energy required to facilitate attunement.

The chakras, your subtle body, will guide us every step of the way. Whilst Art of Attunement holds a structure, it is not prescriptive. It asks us to move into our artistry as women and be in deep communion with our energy. It is both an invitation and initiation into presence.

We will explore and activate your vibrational terrain through tuning the subtle body, wisdom sessions, q&a's, silent sittings, and being in practice. You will be mentored by me through the whole process.

Enrollment for Art of Attunement is by application only, and there are only six spaces available to ensure intimacy and depth. This offering will best suit those who are artists at heart, be that in mothering, in the healing arts, as an intuitive or lover (mystic).

I will walk this journey alongside you and share with you my learnings from working with sound, energy and the subtle body professionally for the last six years and prior to this I do not recall a time I have not been in the inquiry. On reflection, my constitution and sensitivity have always lent themselves to attunement.

For those not so familiar with my work, I am a certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner and Energy Healer. These are small details, though. Most pertinent is that life is my greatest teacher, and silence has been my most powerful guide. I have an unending love and devotion to God and the unseen world of sacred subtlety. some days your work in the world is visible, other days it is quiet. you may feel that if it wasn't for your witnessing, no one would know it had even taken form.

do not be discouraged, many great things are built blinded by the faith required to believe in the unseen.

your work is not complete by recognition alone. it is complete in reverence alone.



letting these words gently land here after many of you connected with them. i feel a deeper inquiry and expression emerging for the mothers and the mystics!

regardless of your work in the world. however, it is expressed, know that all is recorded and repeated in the ethers. all you output is input is output.

meeting you in your quiet, reverent movement that is full of radiant momentum.

the soul asks us to meet it under specific conditions, and yet these are not conditions one can conjur up.

they're given, as is the glimmer in each moment of silent ecstasy that pulsates with the unseen, love.

the world continues on with it's madness but you're not asked to become a prisoner of sanity.

you are encouraged to stay sane by merging with the edge of the ellipsis, folding, encircling truth.

it is here the conditions are ripe, you are ripe, for the soul to be silently taken into the arms of love.

on subtle body exploration.

when we gather in the attunement space, we are making ourselves available not only to ourselves but to god (life itself).

these two things are not separate, but for a time they must be - whilst we long for, pray to, and devote ourselves to that which sings and sustains us into existence.

we commune with god until we embody union with god. this is the highest calling of each moment. this is the highest calling of an attunement.

silence is the doorway to pure sound. immersed in this field of love, emanations of beauty resonate through the instrument (bodies) and imprint the system with its original song. it is here we are unified, as union itself.

blessed solstice and happy holiday season. i am moved to be writing to you at the end of an incredible year. firstly, i want to acknowledge the joy and privilege it has been every time we have had the opportunity to be together and receive an attunement.

as i reflect on all that has unfolded and been shared through light alchemy, the horizon of my heart widens. your openness, curiosity, and energy are the biggest gift. thank you for all that you are and that you bring to the world. thank you for joining me on this journey. i cherish you.

as we move through this sacred interlude, let your breath guide you into the great mystery : home to your own heart.

as this year draws to completion, so too do i find myself slowing. drawing a circle around all that has been offered through light alchemy during this turn of the great wheel.

before we find rest in the void, we are invited to meet this final threshold and it is with an open heart i share here all the ways in which we are called to attune before the new year.

we complete on a very high note with attunements focused on the crown center, the rainbow light body and communing with the soul. it is not lost on me that this how the year completes in preparation for all that is to unfold next.

all energies are dancing between contraction and expansion.

all is completing a perfect circle merging back into its source whilst simultaneously repeating a pattern of tension that keeps it separate.

if this dance were to cease, so too would life.

you are this dance and you are life.

feel into your contraction and also your expansion but become not attached to either.

flow with all things, but become still to find the harmony in the center of that which is forever changing.

we can not think or even love our way into healing. the nervous system dictates the pace, cultivating safety within ourselves or with another is the beginnings of coming home, of cultivating the conditions for processing + integrating.

in attunements sound is utilised as a relational bridge : a medium for energetic harmony. healing or well-being is a by-product of this subtle conversation.

earth mother : divine mother.
