The National Cyber Security Centre Malware Free Network (MFN) service is a cutting-edge threat detection and disruption service providing near real-time threat intelligence against current malicious activities targeting organisations and Kiwis.

This includes thwarting 5.5 million attempts to exploit network vulnerabilities, blocking 3.3 million phishing links, and preventing 4 thousand malware downloads. 👏

We're proud to have partnered with them, integrating MFN into SmartGate to enhance cybersecurity for our clients.

Following the recent review of the Technical team structure, Liverton Security is pleased to advise that Mike Love, (previously a Senior Network Engineer here) has been appointed to the new role of Technical Lead within the Operations team! 👏

This role overseas the security and technical functions for the business and is a key conjugate between the customer, technical team, and management.

Mike joined us in July of 2023 after gaining some strong experience at Datacom and Provoke.

Outside work Mike enjoys archery, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, working on his newly acquired house and surrounds, and spending time with his family.

Meet Lawrence, our newest addition to the Liverton Security team! 🚀

Lawrence joins us as a Systems Engineer, bringing with him a passion for technology that began in his early years. He started out tinkering with computers, eager to maximise their performance, and was fortunate to grow up around a computer shop, where he was exposed to a myriad of cool gadgets and PCs.

Beyond his work with us, Lawrence is an avid electronic music enthusiast. You'll often find him at gigs, enjoying the beats and socialising with fellow music lovers!
