X Bookstore opens this weekend for a "all must go" sale. Records and books at very low prices. Musicians welcome!...Come for a cup of tea and take a bargain home. Monday at 6pm farewell party and Jam Session BYO.

To all who shared X I got some bad news. Unfortunately, due to money losses and health issues X will have to close down. I try to avoid this but at the moment it's too much for me. It's taking to much energy and time to manage X by myself and the rent is killing me. I am proud of X. Not for individual or selfish reasons but for what it became. This hub of talented people meeting each other and making music. I'm glad to have met so many good people and to have shared a dream with them. All weekend events for this month will be cancelled but I am hoping we can have one last jam session with all the great people I come to love very much. Thanks to all.
