Haven’t done these for yeaaars and stoked to get back into them… 🫠

This one I was surprised with considering how my knee has been feeling after surgery 🧑🏼🦽
Bent Rows - 115 for 4
Another one I’ve been putting a lot more emphasis on and definitely a fave for back strength 🫶🏻
Overhead press - 70 for 4
Always a niggly one but probably the reason for feeling jacked 💪🏻

Haven’t felt this good for a long time, feeling in peak shape, peak fitness, peak strength and I purely put it down to the hard work and consistency of my nutrition and workout routine.
Going at everything with 💯 % focus and it’s paying off. Favourite workout at the moment is legs (not HIIT for once 🙊) because it’s something I usually don’t do so much especially during football season. But this year I’ve really nailed down my programming and able to push those heavy leg sessions out. Let’s go! Feeling good, gotta stay hungry 🙌🏻
