Fritz! Our resident Bar Manager can often be regarded as 'Maestro' here, guiding the team through all things cocktails and cocktail experience. Often seen in his much-loved Luxardo apron or classic Italian style, he's happy during busy weekend services or prep time in the back of house kitchen. Come say hi to Federico through the week! A passionate wizard at cocktails and all things drinks, it is quite hard to find fault with her in most any way. We're happy to have her on the team here at Hawthorn, and look forward to every evening we get to spend with her.

The Tory Street has been on our menu for over 17 years, and we still get delighted to hear people surprised to see garam masala in a cocktail! The accompanying honey and vanilla contrast the lemon to provide a semi-sweet sour style cocktail that is utterly delicious. One of our true flagships here at Hawthorn.

Our summer seasonal menu has been a wonderful hit so far, but with the change in weather, we can agree that those hot days a fewer in number ahead of us now. We're in the kitchen and archives doing our research to cook you up something comfortably familiar, something pleasently unexpected, something inspiring, and something you'll simply love. We'll keep you posted, but in the meantime - let's let the good times roll.

A true bulwark on the menu, long standing and well loved, the Cold Kiwi Coffee has a solid base of passionate fans, as proven with how quickly whoever orders one finishes their drink before everyone else!

Dia Nacional del Pisco Sour!
The classic goes from just being the official national drink today, spreading beyond Peru to a whole international day dedicated to it. There's good reason for this too - it's alluring mix of funky, crunchy saccharins pair beautifully with any additional sugar added, and contrasted with fresh lime juice, it brings about that refreshing, almost chewy tang.
Today's a good day, and what a day to celebrate the Pisco Sour.

With the current seasons selection, 'Races Around the world', we've created our "0% Manhattan" from scratch - all ingredients that go into our non-alcoholic bourbon and vermouth are blended and infused by hand, in house.
With over 20 botanicals that go into the vermouth itself, we find the 0% Manhattan to stand on its own in sophisticated complexity. It's proven a popular choice so far, and we look forward to you enjoying one.
