The Ghost of Daiquiri's Future has unveiled itself to be El Dorado in disguise!
The rum has arrived, and we're getting ready! Batches are laid, citrus is s'tuiced, the tropical negroni has been barreled and someone tipped the into the tiramisu.

When is a good time for a Negroni?
Classically enjoyed as an aperitif or digestive, we like to say it's always time for a Negroni! The question is, what kind? From a classic Negroni, to the viral Sbagliato, perhaps a Left Hand for a more modern bourbon twist... Do you prefer yours more bitter, or smooth and velvety?
Why not come and try Elixir's Negroni Barrico, a six year old solera barrel, with endless layers of flavour. Beloved by Negroni lovers and even those who might not normally like them, this is one for the ages.

Winter blues have come, but our Scandinavian recipe Glögg has the fire to light back into your bones.
Developed in-house over years, the Glögg is kept on the sous-vide at 70⁰C all night and served in steel.

We love a Martini and we love local legends at . That's why we use their cocktail gin as well as our vermouth blend ( ) for our classic Martini and Elixir Dirty Martini.

Every time we refill the barrel, we add different classic Negroni ingredients as well as a little something extra. As we never let it empty, all of the ingredients that have ever been added continue to mix. The result will always being inspired by a Classic Negroni, but with bigger, more complex flavours, with the barrel providing a smoother, round backbone.
It's always evolving, so come in to see how it tastes now!
