Introducing our Sous Chef, Shubham.
Hailing from Punjab, in the northern part of India, Shubham landed in Auckland in 2015 to study culinary arts.
After two years, he moved to wellington and joined us at Dockside where he loves the busy vibes of the restaurant.
He says that working for more than five years at the same place makes it feel like a second home and that Welly is the best place to live.
