Successful applicants will be motivated, reliable and have a natural flair in customer service or in the kitchen or both - perfect if you are interested in learning how to make Japanese cuisine!

We give full training so even if you don't have any hospitality experience that's no problem.

Shifts are rostered shifts between Monday-Saturday. In general, shifts are duing the day including our busy lunch rush, however there may also be some evening shifts for private functions, special events etc.

You'll get also get free staff meals, staff discounts and ongoing training.

Our housemade okonomiyaki has been so popular in store we've added it to our doordash delivery menu too!
Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancakes topped with otafuku sauce, mayo, spring onion and kizami nori. Warning - its pretty addictive 😊

Crispy free range karaage chicken thigh on a bed of Japanese slaw, dressed with housemade wasabi aioli & teriyaki sauce in a pretzel bun. Comes with a side of crispy hash sticks, spicy furikake & more delicious wasabi aioli for dipping.

Starts Friday 12th and runs through until the end of August. Available at our store Monday - Saturday.

Wellington On a Plate is just around the corner and we can't wait to bring you "The JFC" - our delicious karaage chicken burger with YOSHI housemade teriyaki sauce and wasabi aioli, Japanese slaw on a Brezelmania bun with a side of crispy hash sticks with spicy furikake sprinkles and wasabi aioli for. Enjoy on it's own or order with our Garage Project match Pineapple Crush. For our vegetarian fans, swap out karaage chicken for karaage tofu. Our burger is limited to our Press Hall store.
