Just over a week until NZ Beer Awards! Next Saturday we're showing the live stream on the Games Room big-screen from 7pm. We've got a couple of beers entered so🤞🤞🤞

We're turning 1 (Taproom) and 6 (Brewery), come and celebrate with us! Here's what's happening on Saturday July 20th:

3pm - 6pm:
Pass the Parcel isn't just for kids - we're doing pass the parcel around the WHOLE BAR on the hour every hour! Spot prizes in each layer plus a great prize for the last.
Pin the Tail on the Donkey? Nah! Pin the Beer on the Dean! Spin the prize wheel if you manage to pin the beer on the life-size Dean Moses!

5pm:
Cake! There will be (vegan, gluten free) cake from our Tory st neighbours Le Ciel Bakery. Join the Mean Doses team in blowing out the candles.

6pm-late:
DJ Liam Luff on the decks.

All night:
MEANIVERSARY - a STRONG, highly limited, barrel-aged doppelbock brew.
A special imaGINation birthday cocktail.
Plus Cheerios & Fairy Bread to top off the party vibes.

Our Tuesday quizzes are pretty great, but supporting local charities makes them even better. June's koha added up to a huge $1212 for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of New Zealand!

Every Tuesday we raise money for a charity through Koha from our quiz teams. If you know a charity that could do with a bit of support, please let us know!

Each charity gets a month's worth of quizzes to raise funds, and we can even work with you if you're keen to hold a special fundraising quiz.
