Satin, the latest drop from our Fabric Oat Cream Series. Huge additions of creamy oats and lactose create a super smooth sweet oat milk base, woven together with Riwaka, Galaxy, Motueak and Talus hops creating lush passionfruit smoothie, layered with peaches and coconut cream with pink pomelo and lemon lime top notes. So smooth! 😮💨
Transit of Venus, a hazy riff on our classic Venusian inspired pale ale, this Phoenix Foundation collab is packed with Amarillo, Citra and Centennial hops and infused with Lemongrass and Makrut Lime Leaf. Exotic tropical fruit flavours for a true celebration of friendship 🤤

💫 Riwaka, Citra, Loral, Zumo 💫
FRESH SEP is an extra zesty offering. There’s an irrepressible touch of Riwaka in the whirlpool, followed by a novel blend of Citra, Loral and all new hop variety Zumo. Zumo is grown at the Segal Ranch in the lower Yakima Valley. We found this hop on the selection table at last year's US hop harvest and our notes have ‘LIME ZEST!’ written in capital letters. Bright tangerine notes on the nose are followed by a palate that’s packed with lifted juicy citrus lime, grapefruit and tangerine, with green table grape and lychee back notes 🤤

It’s a tricky business getting into drinking competitions with the giants. Thor’s Cup, inspired by the traditional farmhouse ale that has been brewed in Norway for centuries using Kveik yeast. This beer’s unique flavour comes from two mixed Kveik cultures collected from traditional brewers in Voss and Hornindal, and brought back to New Zealand. Dark malts vie with tart yeast driven complexity and subtle hints of smoke and resin. Drink deep from the cup, but keep your wits about you 🍻

👉️ First, the brand new Sichuan Pineapple. Mala spiced pineapple pilsner, delivering a mind bending blend of spicy chilli, numbing Sichuan Pepper and ripe pineapple. Sweet heat, numbing warmth and juicy fresh cut pineapple aromatics. Let your taste buds take a trip 🍍
👉️ Next, a welcome return to Doors of Perception. Crisp, clean corn lager, spiked with prickly pear cactus, scorpion chilli peppers, watermelon and dragon fruit creating a startling explosion of vivid colour. Open a can and open your mind 🤤
👉️ This next brew is a special one. Taking inspiration from our friends cult Smoke & Fire peanut butter - then turns up the heat. A decadently rich Imperial Stout brewed with over 50% fresh manuka smoked malt, and a wholly unrestrained addition of fiery habanero chillies and roasted peanuts. Where there’s smoke there’s fire 💨🔥
👉️ We know you love Pickle Beer but, it’s Red Hot Week so what better to do than turn up the heat once again with Spicy Pickle Beer. Naturally kettle soured, infused with cucumber, dill and pickle spice, fired up with a generous addition of red hot chilli peppers. Spicy, refreshing and disarmingly delicious 🥒🌶️
👉️ Last but most certainly not least, it’s hot sauce, but not as you know it! This year we see the return of all three of our hot sauces for all you heat seekers! 🥵

Way back in March, while our friends were visiting for the New Zealand hop harvest, we told them about the West Coast IPA Challenge and straight away the cogs started turning thinking about the quest for the ultimate West Coast collab 👀
Over the coming weeks and months, as if playing a video game with your friends, we would test and choose hop combos on opposite sides of the planet over Zoom in search of the perfect pairing. Eventually landing on the mouth watering blend of Mosaic, Centennial, Simcoe, and Strata. The resulting brew is a bright golden IPA, with dense white foam, big tropical fruit, pineapple and juicy citrus aroma and the perfect balance of sweet malt and mouth watering bitterness 🤤

It's that time again….Wild Rumpus Week!!! 🤩
First up, we have the brand new Single Fruit - Ruby Red Kiwifruit! 🥝
A blend of carefully selected puncheons of our spontaneously fermented coolship ale, conditioned on ripe Ruby Red Kiwifruit, sourced directly from Glenview Orchard, Ngāhinapōuri. The result is a luscious vibrant candy pink beer with a delightful zesty aroma and sweet tart palate 🤤

Next up is Raspberry Cabaret, this delicious tart fruit Berliner Weisse is loaded with raspberry and aromatic hibiscus flowers creating a stunningly colourful, effervescent sour, bursting with exuberant floral and berry fruit notes. Divine decadence in a can. Willkommen to the cabaret!
Finally, our favourite little table beer, Four Legs Good. Brewed to be lighter in alcohol, this sparkling mixed culture farmhouse style ale has been aged in oak and lightly dry hopped with Wai-iti and Pacifica creating a beer that is dry, crisp and ever so slightly tart. Possibly the most refreshing thing you’ve ever put in your mouth!

Fresh July 2024, Luminosa, Mosaic, Peacharine 💫
Sure - it’s cold, but things are starting to look up again and FRESH July is packed to brim with extra juicy goodness to ward off those winter blues. Brewed with Luminosa, a new hop variety from Willamette Valley, Oregon - described as ‘peach-mango lemonade’ which sounds pretty unreal to us! Paired with Mosaic and Peacharine to create a sweet citrus explosion 🤯
Pineapple and lemon candy on the nose with a glistening of creamy vanilla. The first sip - sweet lemon meringue pie and lychee rambutan. A long and lush finish, ending clean, just in time for the next sip 🤤

Next up, Edgar. Brewed in collaboration with Scott Janish from Maryland’s Sapwood Cellars, Edgar is an 8.2% oak barrel aged farmhouse ale laced with sauvignon blanc derived .nz and fermented with a unique blend of and own house cultures. “There is no exquisite beauty… without some strangeness in the proportion.” - Edgar Allen Poe
Last but certainly not least, Valhalla I am Coming. From the land of the ice and snow, from the midnight sun where the hot springs flow. Traditional Norwegian Kveik yeast, now unleashed on new lands. Mashed with oats, rye and juniper branches, and laden with Nelson, Citra, Strata and El Dorado hops, this is a NEIPA unlike any other 🤯

A revision of the Garage classic, Grinderman. Brewed with crystal oats, chocolate rye and roast barley, fortified with lactose and infused with a double shot of dark New Ground Espresso coffee. Now on nitro for an extra smooth bitter-sweet coffee hit strong enough to satisfy the monkey on anyone’s back 🤤
Secondly, say hi to British Steel, a 3.5% Black Country Dark Mild 😍
Malted Autumn barley, crystal, chocolate and roasted malts, fermented with a characterful English yeast strain, create a supremely drinkable ale with toasted hazelnut and toffee pop biscuit notes artfully balanced with English Admiral and East Kent Golding hops. Nowt soft comes out of the Black Country 🤤

We haven’t run samples of these bad boys through the lab, but we can probably guarantee they come in at 99% carb free and less than 20 ppm gluten, just like the beer 🍺

Brewed with barley, oats, roasted wheat and East Kent Goldings, then aged in oak barrels for over a year with brettanomyces and lactobacilli creating a throwback style porter with dark chocolate and coffee notes and a restrained tart twist.
👉️Surrender to the Void - Peppermint Chocolate - Peppermint Chocolate Imperial Stout 11.5%
What’s the Void up to now? Goodness, what a lot of cacao nibs and vanilla pods!? Are you sure you need all that? And what’s that? Peppermint candy!? ALL the peppermint candy! Oh Void, have you no restraint!
👉️TINY Stout - Non-Alc Stout
Specially brewed and fermented to give you all the smooth malt and roasty character you’ve come to expect from your Stout, just without the alcohol. Yup that’s right. Big flavour, without the booze so now you can enjoy a Stout anytime.
👉️Black Octave - LARK Barrelled Stout - Whisky Barrel Aged Triple Vanilla Stout 13.9%
Aged in freshly emptied ‘Octave’ whisky barrels from world champion Tasmanian distillers Lark, then infused with a blend of Tongan, Tahitian and West Paupuan vanilla beans. Intensely rich, with deep sweet notes of malt, oak, spice and dried fruit.
👉️Black BEER - Schwarzbier 4.8%
Water, malt, hops, yeast. Still simple, just dark. Sometimes simple is exactly what you want.
👉️Snug - Stout 5%

Cracking the can presents you with an upfront sweet passionfruit sorbet and freshly cut valencia orange aroma.
