Last evening my brother Marty and I planned, shopped, cooked and co-hosted a party for Sydneysiders to showcase the wonder of cooking with just two ingredients for our upcoming cookbook - ‘It Takes Two Baby’. (Working title). Seems like a complete nonsense or at the very least a folly but the guests didn’t seem to think so. Besides, what would life be without a little folly.

A recently had client who contacted me from Mexico where he was having treatment for cancer. He wanted support for a life he knew wasn't finished. He wanted someone to help him maintain his strong, optimistic stand for his health.

We know that most people can't manage to offer their friends and family that kind of support. They worry, fret, hand-wring and focus on the worst case scenarios. They can be well meaning but more often that not aren't able to offer the support someone who wants to be well really needs.

People who are struggling with a health issue need to be able to find the kind of support that encourages them to stand strong in their quest to restore their health. They need people around them who not only believe that's possible but who will show them how to achieve it. They need reliable, regular guidance and support.

That's why I am building the Perfect Health Membership - so people wherever they are with their health can be in a hub that is totally focused on how to heal.
