The Gold Exchange provides a large range of services when it comes to Jewellery. From repairs and alterations, all the way to creating the one-off piece you have always dreamt of. We buy and sell Estate Jewellery and Precious Metals

• Training and support to the right candidate
Tasks:
Day to day running of the store.
• Retail jewellery sales: Helping customers with the taking in of jewellery repair work. Presenting/showing of retail items (mainly jewellery) for sale.
• Processing sales and purchases of bullion products.
• Record keeping and processing of excel spreadsheets (excel experience an advantage)
• Processing sales through our jewellery software.
• Evaluating of old gold jewellery for purchasing.
• Will be required at times to run the store and operations solely.
• Web site and social media updates.
• Keeping shop (including stock) tidy and clean.
Ideal candidate:Knowledge in the jewellery industry an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products helpful
• Able to work alone and with others.
• Good customer/client relation
